I had not seen Justine in about a year and I couldn’t believe how much she had grown up. Darn these kids for growing up way too fast…lol. I always knew she would be a pretty girl but when I saw her, she had turned into a beautiful teenager!
She needed new headshots and portraits so we crossed our fingers that it wouldn’t rain and headed out. We got so lucky because the sun would come out from behind the clouds for a few minutes at a time and then go back, but it never rained… yahoo!!
Justine thank you so much – I had such a BLAST! Here are some of my favorites from the session – I hope you like them too Mom, Dad and Marissa!

Baby Jesse, big Sister Jazmin and Mommy came back for another visit to take a couple of more photographs and boy did we have FUN! Here are a few of my favorites!

I got to photograph a bridal shower a few weeks back. The bride to be was extremely lucky because the weather gods where on her side…it was a beautiful day shared with family and good freinds! Here are a few of my favorites!

My sister-in-law Marissa has her own catering business. She was in charge of the dessert table and decorating for this event and with the help of her friend Natalie they did a beautiful job.

This is the gorgeous bride to be…Maria. I just loved her whole ensemble and the dress was to die for.

The hosts of the shower did such a great job…everyone had a wonderful time!

Our son had a project and report to do on the planet Venus. So with a little help from Daddy they came up with such a wonderful project that I just had to share it with everyone!

I had the pleasure of photographing Jesse who was 12 days old. He was so “stinkin cute” and after his feeding he was out and I was able to get some awesome photographs of this adorable little guy!

Look at this sweet face…this is one of my favorites!

I took the picture above and then noticed his leg had come down…one word ADORABLE!!!

Here’s one of the whole family!

I was so excited to go and visit my beautiful niece Vicky today who finally had her baby boy yesterday and they named him…Jesus. I had just missed his Daddy who was home taking care of their daughter but I was able to get some pictures of mommy and baby. I couldn’t believe how much hair he had…check it out!
Welcome Jesus…and how adorable are you!
Congratulations you guys – I am so happy for the whole family! xoxo

Here is my beautiful niece Vicky and her hubby Carlos. They already have a gorgeous little girl and are about to become parents again to a baby boy…CONGRATS you guys!

My other niece Katy with her gorgeous daughters!

The girls couldn’t stop laughing…we were all having such a wonderful time!

I just love how my son is looking at his cousin and playing with her.

Time to guess the “size of the belly” game!

My sister with her beautiful daughters…priceless!
Next up I can’t wait to take pictures of the new baby boy!

I made the switch from Canon to Nikon a while back. I was organizing and decluttering the office last week and found the lens sitting in it’s box on the shelf. This was my all around lens, I took such good care of it and it was very good to me.

This was our Holiday card this year!

What happened to 2009? I can’t believe it’s almost over. I swear the older I get the faster time fly’s…yeesh! We have been so busy with last minute holiday photo sessions, errands, functions and get-together’s that I have totally neglected my blog. But I had to post a few pictures.
Christmas time has got to be my favorite time of the year. What’s not to like? Hot Chocolate, Presents, Egg nog (but my family doesn’t like it except for me…shame on them…huh?) and did I say presents? I like everything except the extra pounds I always gain eating all the baked goods and delicious foods. Speaking of baked goods…I am not the one who bakes in the family…it is my gorgeous hubby.
Nuff said…here he is in action with some help from the kids and friends!

These are called thumbprint cookies…they are everyone’s favorite!

They were adding “icing” to them!

These were the “Goodie Bags” that we gave out as our gifts for family and friends!

Below are the finished cookies and fudge brownies from our X-Mas Eve dinner and to the right our beautiful friend Toni made her “Candy Cane Bark” it was delish!

Because we got started so late this year…we only put up a few decorations.

We have been collecting these Holiday Ornaments since 1991. We’ve only lost 1 of them over the years…not bad huh!

I have had such a wonderful time this holiday season spending time with my family and friends…that’s what it’s all about in my book. Happy Holidays everyone!
